Private Pay Options/Benefits of Private Pay Therapy

 Private pay therapy provides additional confidentiality, including the added protection that any given diagnosis will not be released or deemed a preexisting condition.

·        Often people prefer private pay therapy to be in control of their healthcare decisions and avoid interruptions in care.

·        Insurance companies in many cases determine the type and length of treatment; whereas Private pay will allow the client to make that decision.

·        Each insurance company has rules some of that may be different from your goal as a client.

This decision is yours to make however; private pay allows patients the opportunity to decide the length and focus of therapy not the insurance company.
